By using DirectHire you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the platform.

2. Accounts

You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and all activity under your account.

You retain ownership of content you upload (profiles, videos). By posting it, you grant DirectHire a license to display it to other users as part of the platform's core function. We may remove content that violates these terms.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Recruiter Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

6. Disclaimers

DirectHire connects job seekers and recruiters but is not a party to any employment agreement. We make no guarantees about hiring outcomes, match quality, or the accuracy of user-provided information.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DirectHire is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via the app.
